Hello all is my first time that i post in this forum.
I have one problem. I did format before one month to my computer, was all ok without any problem, but know after 16/11 windows update (windows is original) i have a big problem. My computer during burning from shrink or clone dvd shut down. I remove all the latest updates and the problem still exist. Does anyone of yopu have any suggestion what is going on, or what can i do.

might sound crazy, but make sure your power supply fan is operating. I had this problem, and thats what it was. Every time the dvd would start up, it just was enough heat where the PC decided to shut down to protect itself. Feel the back of your PC to see how hot it is, and to see if the fan is working.

Do you Over Clock your CPU? If so then that could be the problem.

Thats a pretty sad way to think when trouble shooting a PC problem.

How did you check your power supply? I had problems with my computer doing a similar problem and did not think it was the power supply but after I had changed it I had no trouble at all anymore.

Also check your power management settings maybe something there is causing problems.

Because 4 ours now i check everything Lets take from the begging. I use decrypter shrink and clone, also and the ripit4me. No i didn't overclock my cpu or something else. My windows is legit, the same problem i had before 2 months when the clone or shrink start burn or encoding didn't do the propriate time but more. For explample Clone to do the first job want aproxcimately 5 or 6 minutes now say from the begging 30 minutes that is the wrong thing and when get of 30% of the job my pc crush and shut down. One moth now after the format all work correctly. After the latest updates 16/11 i have this problem again. Decrypter still working good but shrink and clone do the same problem. So i don't think so because always i check is hardware problem or virus. Anything else i do on my computer work fine i have this problem only with clone and shrink.

ok....... are you running AnyDVD? because AnyDVD version 6.0.8.5 was buggy and caused SOME computers to shut down! SlySoft just updated AnyDVD to 6.0.8.8 and hope that doesn't cause any more problems. so update your AnyDVD and see if that's the cause of things. But if you don't have or use AnyDVD then I wouldn't know what happened to your computer that makes it shut down. I suggest you do a system restore, restore to a date when the computer was running good!

read about the update on AnyDVD, it fixed the problem of crashes and shutting down of computer:
