i bought the Break up and the Davinci Code and i cant make a back up copy of them for some reason. Its like all the newest dvds are getting harder to back up or somthing. Ive tried using DVDdecypter and dvdFabdecrypter and i keep getting error messages half way threw the process??? is there a newer program that might help me back up my newer dvds??? thanks in advance.

If you search, there are plenty of thread about backing both of these dvds.

To answer you question, dvds are getting harder to rip, yes. More protection, see.

which dvdfab version are you using, there is a new one just come out.

Ok i got dvdfabdecrypter to rip the disc to my HD, now how do i burn that file to a dvd?? i tried using dvdshrink and it wont work, what do i need to do?? thanks

You need to put it through dvdshrink and take the main mvie, by reauthoring it. Then let shrink do its thing and burn the files form dvdshrink.

i tried and everytime i try and open the new VOB file threw dvdshrink it says "dvdshrink has encountered an error and connot continue, invalid data in file" ???? what am i doing wrong???

AnyDVD 6.0.8.2 or 6.0.8.5......simple and easy running in the backround and Nero 7 Recode2 to back up your file or disc. No special settings or instructions. AnyDVD works.:P

You must always download the updated version of all these programs. That is essential, because the encryption is always changing!

i've been having problems with this one DVD but couldn't find any help on this specific title until i read your post about DVDFab. very cool. thanks a bunch :)
