Hey guys

I am using 2.71 psp with chunglam's devhook mod. I am trying to play project 8 but the game crashes at random sometimes when a cutscene/video is initiated. The screen just turns black but the power light stays on. At first i thought it was cos i had cpu clock set at 333.I changed it to 222 and it was fine for about 15 mins but then did it again. Could any one please help me this is really annoying i keep losing my progress lol

Thanks

1. touran22 like i said yesturday, please read the thread fully before posting

2. 2nam - this same thing happerns to me, it usually happerns when i play a video phone message,
i found out whats wrong with mine is that some of the movies and stuff that is not needed for the game have been ripped out to make the iso/cso smaller,

the original iso should be well over 1gb, but mine is i think 720mb ish.

this could be what is happening to you.

im just woundering, when the games loads does the logo intro thing at the start load up four times before going onto the game,

pit of gold, my cso is 1.17 gb with nothing ripped. I know for a fact that nothing is ripped as it crashed on the first videophone message, i rebooted, and then tried it again and it worked. This has happened with other videos aswell.

Bout the logo- do u mean the 4 intro vids:activision, shaba, neversoft and project 8 intro?
