2.71 se-b is a custom firmware that means you don't need to run devhook. It gives you 1.5 capability for homebrew and ISO's but with 2.71 functionality

so u can play iso straight of memory stick and cant u cahnge the settings for the speed. So baiscally it is a 1.50 version but actaully all the stuuf of a 2.71
