my thp8 cso freezes when its loading the game. it loads untill about 30% then freezes and shuts down my psp - anyone know whats going on ?

THP8 is not a reliable game I have a full iso and it freezes on the video phone almost everytime and I have tried 3 different isos.

i think i heard it is only compatible with the 2.71/2.8 devhook hybrid if im not mistaken. Thats the only way it will work if i am correct.

yea...im hoping this will work with devhook .46
i had to downgrade my 2.71 to 1.5 to play killzone and socom2, i felt so much safer with the ported devhook but it was kinda crappy having to run HENC
i have a question about hybrid. I heard theres two ways to use it and one rights to the flash. i wanna know if theres a way where it doesnt. cuz im not gonna risk a 200 dollar gift to man to play 1 game.

2nam if u have it set up for ur TA-082 2.71 i don't see why it wouldn't work if u did the changes needed in the dh/271/kd folder that it requires for like the 1.5 users...since when u launched devhook under henc and select 2.71 emulation it loads off the mem stick, it should load up the hybrid files as well....
hopefully someone else can confirm this, since i'm speculating since i don't have Hen C.

ive got henc and ive put the 2.8 hybrid on it, i think it has worked as the game has stopped crashing randomly and works fine now,
this maybe a stupid question but how else would i tell if the 2.8 hybrid is working, dh still looks the same. well the wallpaper has changed in xmb

since it's just loading those prx's for use during gameplay, there is no other way to tell if it's working, since we're not emulating 2.8x we're just borrowing the prx's from it. will also work w/ the 3.01 prxs.
and yes, pitofgold, your hybrid is working. so that just confirmed my speculations, :-)
