Is it possible to store ISO files on your psp, and access them by wifi, or something and play them on your psp with devhook?

yes. this is don via "hostfs" you can obtain this from "devhook ultimate installer"

oh its usb?
Is there a way to connect with wifi instead? or just usb?
And, one more thing. my hard drive broke a little while ago, so Ive been away from the homebrew scene for a while. im still on 1.50, should I upgrade to 2.71 if I just wanna play Iso's or what?

no! Stay on 1.50 and use devhook. You can use Wifi aswell as USB but Wifi is harder to setup. I don't kno how to.
