Well i currently have fm v. 2.81 but i don't know what to do with the iso file :( i did some searching and i think i need "Devhook" ? where can i get that? if possible please provide me with all the help possible, help appreciated.

You can't run ISOs on firmware 2.8 yet.

What do i have to do? do i need to downgrade it? and if i do, how? i mean for my version of fm.

You can't do anything atm, it is impossible to downgrade firmware 2.8.

But a downgrader might come out soon so you'll have to wait.

what about firmware 2.82?...OH btw i forgot to mention... i bought my psp from Hong Kong...and confirm button is O instead of X .... and well...my psp has fm 2.81 and it has Portable TV feature...and my brother has american version of psp. His psp has same version of fm but does not have the feature of portable tv...Do you guys have portable TV feature?

anything ABOVE 2.71 can't be downgraded right now. so 2.72, 2.8, 2.81, 2.82, 3.00, 3.01 can't be downgraded (might have put some in there that don't exsist but u get the point.) and no my 2.81 doesn't have it, neither does my 1.5 or my 2.6.
