Video plays but stop and give me error msg...

I'll be playing video's that I've converted using PSPvideo 9 or other apps and a minute or so in it will just stop playing and give me an error message saying "This video cannot be played."

Well, yeah, it can be played but it has an error in it I guess and the PSP doesn't know how to handle it I suppose.

Any tips to avoid this in the future. I can fast forward through a spot sometimes and the rest will play fine. This is annoying though.
