I Think I Broke My NEC 3540A

Like I said, its a NEC 3540A that I've been having for a year with absolutely no problems. Until I had the bright idea of trying to update the firmware. I think I killed it. What I did was go into Safe mode then flashed the drive. Now it won't burn anything.

Can somebody help me?
