Decompress the aaudio in an AVI before you ever use it with TMPGEnc, do this by doing the following! IOpen the AVI in Virtualdub

1. Click video - direct stream copy
2. aclick audio - full processing mode
3. click audio - compression, select no compression pcm and click ok!
4. click file - save as AVI!

Now try the AVI saved with TMPGEnc!

after using this method i found that i lost few gaphic..

A formal explaination... as i didnt have very much time to answer your numerous questions on IRC:

1. When sending stuff through VDub on (video) Direct Stream Copy there is the tendency to lose a frame here or there (usually at the end of the clip). That would explain your loss of frames on part 2

2. To "fix" audio, extract it first
-Audio-->Direct Stream Copy
-File-->Save As Wav
Now open this WAV file in any fancy WAV editor (i.e. SoundForge ;) ) and apply some sort of "remove hiss/pop" filter to the file

3. With this corrected audio file, combine it with the original video using VDub.
-Video --> Direct Stream Copy
-Audio-->WAV Source
-Audio-->Compression
-File-->Save As AVI

4. With this new AVI file, send it through the VCD Wizard in TMPGEnc and remember to set it for PAL

5. With the outputted MPG file, burn it as a VCD using Nero or whatever

Good luck

click options - preferences and change process priorities to highest! That might improve it a bit!
