So i just downloaded the 3.00 / 3.01 Dumper and Decrypter but have no clue what its for or how to use it if someone could plz direct me in the right dircetion i have dehook and all that other good stuff on my psp and firmware 1.5 and what not but just wana know what this file does.

Right now, all the dumper does is decrypt the firmware for viewing purposes only. There are people working on 3.0 to enable a device hook, but we'll just have to wait for a release. Unless your a developer...the decrypter is pretty useless for you.
