1. Take UMD out of UMD drive (if there is one in)
2. Boot HenC
3. Boot Devhook (choosing firmware 2.71 **not the flash version)
4. Select ISO/CSO you want to play, then press start.
5. There should be a red anime screen.
6. Insert any UMD (other than a movie)
7. scroll over to where the UMD is accesible. There should be a picture for your iso. Just click it and it should play the ISO.

NOTE THIS IS ONLY FOR 2.71 TA-082 models, well this is what the guide was designed for, it most likely works on other models.

You make it seem like its easy! :)
I have a few questions.
1. Is this guide when you are in 1.5? Or do this still in 2.71?
2. I never see any red anime screen.
3. I cannot access "DEVHOOK 0.4x (for 2.71)" when I am inside 1.5. I only can inside "Devhook 0.46". I choose my UMD ISO, and see the game but it says "Game could not start".
Thank you

Devhook 0.4x (for 2.71) is exactly as it states. It is written as a prx and therefore meant for 2.71 only.

Okay I am getting further!!! Oh so close.
Here is what is happening.
I do all correct up to 7. I now see the red anime screen.
I press the UMD icon and then it transitions between various anime images and gives me the PSP image.
But it comes back out and says "The game could not be started".
OH SOO CLOSE!!!
What is happening?
Edit: This is me using HEND as HENC didnt want to reboot...Will try HENC
Edit2: I just did it with HENC and still same thing! Using Daxter UMD.
ARGHHH

LOL. Obviously!! I already have a UMD in my drive!! Following every step you kindly give. After I select my Lumines from Devhook, it goes to XMB, and then I insert Daxter UMD into drive. Wait...And then I see the UMD icon, go over it and see Lumines. So I press start and it goes and transisitons between the anime screens.
But it reads for a few seconds and says "The game could not be started"

Okay I just did that, same thing. I press start inside DEVHOOK. Wait till I see red anime screen. Then I start putting in UMD disk. I see a new UMD icon, scroll over it and see Lumines. I press start and it goes and starts to run. Right after the PSP logo, it reads the UMD disc, and says "The game could not be started"

I found out the problem myself. Lumines wasn't on the supported list of workable games for this version with out some other "help".
I found a list from another site.
THANKS GUYS!
