bbmpeg muxing for DVD burning ???

Ok I have a very weird question to ask but i don't know if anyboby can answere it. Ok ...I have the vob and I would love to put it on a dvd w/out converting. But there's no program that would take my vob w/ 2 audio stream. So then i have to convert vob into one d2v and two wav format. From there I use TMPGenc to get MPG using DVD template. And also converted .wav into mp2 for bbmpeg. But after muxing w/ bbmpeg using the mpg and mp2 from TMPGenc. I have a complete MPG file w/ 2 audio stream. I checked it with TMPGenc De-mulitpleing and saw 2 audio stream. But after I burn it w/ MyDVD, Ulead Workshop & Movie Factory. It only came out w/ one audio stream....Can anybody tell me why ???? Please keep in mind that my mpg file are dvd compliant. 720x480 w/ audio layer 2 48000
