I was wondering if maybe someone could help me. Starting last week, I believe with a new Bit Comet build, my Demonoid ratio is not updating at all. I was wondering if there are problems with there update system, and if this was a problem with Bit Comet? It always worked fine before this with the older builds.
Also if this sounds like a common error, what should I search for here to get advise on how to correct it?
Sorry if this has been made before or is really noob like. I scanned back till when my problem started and saw no threads, search did not help and I am clueless if it is a common issue where to look. So go easy if this is a redundant topic :(
Lol, I've got 29 demonoid accounts. (Don't ask.) I haven't been able to get any of them to budge for 2 weeks, and I've uploaded literally hundreds of gb.
I could talk for days about the way the demo updates, but still I dunno wtf is going on.
Don't worry too much though, you've gotta get below .1 for a long time to get banned.
Ah ok thanks guys. Was getting worried as my ratio went from like 1.2 to .68 and I upped more than a enough to get back over 1 again but got no credit. Ironically my brother is updating who shares my network but only his upload ratio. Weird stuff.
it's because demo has associated the IP with that account. Your SUB-ip doesn't matter, just your house one. Demo doesn't use PeerID's, only IP's to track. His account will always get the credit, until he logs out, you log in, and the cache clears (like 5 days or something insane.)
