How do i install 1.5 homebrew?

i have some homebrew and a new mem stick. i have already downgraded to v1.5.
i have no instructions on how to install the games
when i load the cd a 'documents & settings' folder appears, then i double click and get 'administrator' ,'desktop', 'disc4', then thegames, which are RAR files or CSO or ISO.
any help on installig these gaes wuld be vey much appreciated.

right in the root off the memory stick you will need to create the folder "ISO"
put only the .iso & .cso Folders in there
then you will need to download this - http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=11511
put these 2 folders (dh & PSP and click yes to all) in the Root off the memory stick

downloaded WinRAR and have d/l both folders to root/ psp folder. what's next?
