Briked PSP . PLease Help

I Briked my psp 2 weeks ago and was told to replace the Mother board with 1.5. I did receive 1 today But I need help on how to replace it for some weired reason the screws are extreemely tight. Thanks.

Wow i didn't even know they sold motherboards for psp. is it hard to install. There must be a guide to do it.

it is fairly easy just be careful with the lcd connectors and such because if you break them you are pretty much screwed.

Thanks guys for all your help. I did change the mother board and you could not believe how gentle I was. It did not work at all still black screen. I took it apart again all the way to the mother board and put it together again black screen (all the cables are correct inside). I pluged the power to it orange color starts. I started it from the button green led comes but still black. Any ideas. Please and thank you.

How did the mobo arrive? sealed covered? DANG!!!! hate when this happens becarefull others are selling mobo's of a bricked psp(tricky cause you cant test it when you buy it)just return the mobo nad buy another psp 2.71 is still available.
