I downloaded a program for downgrading a v2.7 to v1.5 called PSP Easy Downdater, from psp-hacks.com. It claims to be failsafe and fool proof. Has anyone used it and have there been any problems. Is it a genuine downgrader. Have not tried yet.

Is it the full installer? i had the full installer and i downgraded my 2.71 to 1.5 perfectly fine...just make sure its the full one...and YES its a VERY easy program to use....comes with a voice activated program to explain every step and pictures to show you every step...it'd be very hard to brick a psp using this all long as you listien to the directions..VERY easy to use though.

it isnt 100% safe because there is always a 50% chance of it bricking because i bricked a 3 psps using that app but using this one is alot safer http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/829

Downgraded to 1.5 today using this. Easy no problems at all.
