How do I downgrade from 2.01 to 1.5?

I'm sorry this is my another thread about downgrading, as I am not sure about a few things.

What's the safest firmware to downgrade from? I read through the instruction but it is uncertain about downgrading from 2.01, but it is said that if it is 2.50, the precess is done through RAM, not flash, does it make it the safest method to downgrade?
What do you suggest me to do?

PS. Mine is not a TA-802.

Upgrade to 2.71 and Download an 'Easy downgrader' from PSP-Hacks.
The downgrader has a quite.. working tutorial and so on... That should do it ;) The version 2.71 can also be found from PSP-Hacks.
