Cant load GTA vice city ISO

I have the GTA vice city ISO and extracted it and then did the UMDgen thing to get it to fit on my 1gb stick. When I try to run it on devhook0.46 i use the settings:
Target: reboot
UMD file: ms0:/ISO/GTA vice city.iso
UMD-Mode: Image+AnyUMD
FW: 2.71
Clock: 222
but it does not work when i click start, I have my demo umd in the drive and it says the disc cannot be read. The UMD works perfectly when I first turn on my psp but when I try to run GTA vice city through devhook, it doesnt work for some reason. Can anyone help me out?
