go to www.psp-hacks.com and then go to forums or scroll down on te front page and it will say somn about the insatller..

Because I didn't think you could run homebrew on 3.00 so I thought I wont be able to run the decrypter.

So it is hard!

If you have a 3.0 why would you want a decrypted 3.0 file, what are you going to do with it ?

If its been decrypted then why doesnt someone just upload the dump somewhere to save people time.
