Sandisk is way better than sony.
Faster read/write transfer speed. More reliable
I've tried sony's and they LOVE getting corrupted when adding removing large files

I'd wait if i were you about another week or two, Fry's is supposed to have another sale on the 4gb UltraII's, I got mine a month ago for 90 after rebate.
