Please help this is driving me mad.
I downloaded dgen for psp to play sega roms on my psp and although dgen works from the memory card it wont load the game just says "the game could not be started (80020001)".
I have checked loads of forums but cant seem to get an answer,not one I can understand anyway.
I opened the psp folders window,opened the psp folder, opened the game folder and placed a new folder, I called this SEGA EMULATOR. in that folder and placed the dgen emulator file.
Then I reopened the psp folder window and placed a new folder and called it sega roms (placing a game rom in there unziped an all)
My psp is 1.5 and has been downgraded I dont know if its Jap or US.
Can you please help I have spent hours trying I have devioc hook that works fine so I know my psp can run emulatores.

There is your problem right away, you dont create another folder inside GAME, you place the DJEN and DJEN% straight into GAME no sub folders.
hi thnaks for the feed back, but you say i should have 2 files DJEN & DJEN%, I only have one file EBOOT.PBP thats when I extract the file, where Im I going wrong please.
A Big Thanks to you all, I had to down load dgen 1.5 was looking me in the face the whole time, emulator is working great, just one last thing for thouse of you who know how do i save the sega games.
It will save me a pile of time looking
