Can someone tell me why when I try to play my ISO games my psp just shut down. I have followed the tutorials. I have installed dev hook as well as fast loader but none of them seems to be able to load the games. I have one original UMD (which says that my software needs to be updated so I cant play that one either) and I have a 1.5 version of the PSP. Someone please help as I am trying to set this up for my son. Thanks a million. :-)

Try there, dude. You can play any ISOs you want on DevHook. The other problem you may be faced w/ is the fact that you may need to extract the contents of the ISO and recompile it w/ VcdromX.

I am trying to load any games. This is for my son. I tried 3 so far, Avatar, Sonic and cars and none of them worked. How can I recompile them and where do I get the VCdromx program. I also see everyone talking about devhook 0.50. I downloaded one from psp-hacks and it was a 0.22 version. Does this matter?
