I was stupid to upgrade to 3.01 and now I am low enough to ask if anyone knows some place i can get a downgrade

there are no downgrader from 3.01 you can only downgrade from 2.71

but if the motherboard that you have is a TA_082 you cant downgrade to 1.5 or will brick the psp

there isnt a downgrader for 2.80, 2.81, 2.82, 3.00, yet ! So you have to wait for a year maybe.
