Right click on 'my computer'. Clikc on properties>hardware>device manager. Click on the + sign next to DVD/CD Rom drive. Now right click on the Sony and you should have the enable option.

Ok in device manager double click on the drive to enable it. See pic:
This one SE5072Q MCA792S SCSI CD ROM DEVICE looks like an image drive. If it is you can probably enable this way or thru the program that added the image drive.
Check the red x next to your graphics controller also - if it's the same - code 22 enable this way too.
Im not quite sure how to fix the problem that nitesamba has but in his/her picture. In the bottom of the Device Manager it says "Other Devices" and it has a yellow question mark. The item is called'SM Bus Controller" could it be part of the problem?

Is that a theme you have on windows or is that vista? If its a Windows theme could you get back to me and tell me were to get it?
