Not at the moment,unless a devhook launcher for 2.82 is released then it would be possible.You are talking about a ta-082 motherboard psp with firmware 2.82 right.I'm not sure if there is a downgrader for firmware 2.82,but if you can downgrade from 2.82 to 2.71 then you would be able to.I think from what I have read you can downgrade to 2.50 firmware,but anything lower than that will brick it.I mean you can brick it by downgrading any firmware,but it is taking a chance.If you are not sure what you are doing then I would definately say do not attempt it.I think something will eventually come out for people with ta-082 psp systems using 2.82 firmware.The best thing to do is wait and be patient.

to sum up what that dude said...No. There isn't a downgrader for 2.8x yet...but I'm sure someone, somewhere is working on one so don't upgrade.
