Is there a limit to the size of a photoshow using Deluxe 4.5 version?

I have made several photoshows recently using this version and they all burned fine to a DVD. A relative asked me to make her a photoshow for her family and it has 534 pics and about 21 songs on it. It goes throught the processing of the photos and music fine (takes about 7 hours) and then fails to burn. I have no idea how to fix this. I have invested a ton of time into this project and would really like to have for her for Christmas--any ideas? Thanks!
