HELP INSTALLING 2.71 SE-C

Hi! I have a 1.50 PSP, and I want to install SE-C on it. I have downloaded all the necessary files, downloaded from dl.Qj.Net and I have moved the two firmwares to the folder "seupdmaker" after renaming them to 271 and 150. When I try to run the Update Manager, an error screen comes, after the "gameboot" screen.
What have I done wrong?

I have a 512 mb SanDisc MC.

This is an installer version that takes care of most everything for you. all you do is run the program from your psp after you run the .exe

G'dam. I accidently deleted the original EBOOT.PBP, when copying the firmware into the folder :(
