on 2.71 SEB, the icon to load it just comes up as corrupt data

upgrade to 2.71 SE-C and then set the kernal folder as GAME. Now put the IRSHELL folder in the root of your memory stick and the irshell150 and irshell150% folders in the GAME folder. It should not be corrupt.
