I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this problem before. I have imported an AVI file and manually created 7 chapters within it, created a menu and all seems fine ... however ... in preview mode if you click on any of the chapter shortcuts they all start to play from the begining of the movie file and not the correct point.

Has any one encountered this before, or does anyone have any ideas what may be causing it.

There are a couple of places that control menu navigation you might check. On the Edit Menu page, there are settings under Automatization in the right hand box. Also on the Select Menu page, if you click the More button, there are additional choices. Let us know it those help.
