I get the download prompt even when I've installed Devhook .51 with fw 3.01 correctly!!!

Please help. Is this normal? Should I just download and install the Update? It is safe?

EDIT: Ok you know what? I didn't know that updating the game was just installing something to the Memory stick... :P Got it now. I thought it might brick my psp or something...
