ok i am downloading the ne MG PO and in the folder there is 43 files called a-mgsops.001 and so on all that way thru to a-mgsops.o43 the files are all 19mb now sorry if this is a bit noobish but i have never seen this b4 and i dont knowwhat 2 do with it can someone please tell me how to make this into a iso or am i just downloading a poo iso ??? Thanks in advance for any help :)

No the ISO is fine.

Just extract the first one with WinRAR and the rest will automatically extract to make an ISO.
