its a private site (but its free)you need to signup and they control your ratio you need to balance the download and the upload if your ratio goes to low they close your account

It was a great site really. The peeps uploaded some rare PSX and roms and games were not nuked or full of spyware.

it's not been down for too long (just since yesterday), but it could be another power outage (since it's closed the site for a while before recently) there servers seem to be in a location w/ some power supply issues.
