PSP switches off when exiting game

Hi
I have firmware 1.5 installed with devhook 0.51 emulating 3.01.
I can get Need for Speed Carbon and Medal of Honour to work, and they play fine, but when I exit the games the psp switches off.
Have I missed something out when installing devhook, or some config.
any help would be gratefully recieved.

If it gets to annoying, do a complete re-install (dump and all) then see if that helps. Make sure you follow the devhook readme to the letter.

have tried a few different options for the preload address but none have worked, is there one that should work?

i tried 0x88e00000 with socom 2 that was the preload adress that i always used with device hook 0.46 and the same thing happen the psp shuts down than i change to 0x89200000 and it works fine as all the other games that i tried
i played medal of honor with device hook 0.46 and i exit the game with no problems

From memory, 0x89200000 is the default address in devhook 0.51 isn't it?? (don't have my psp with me, so correct me if i'm wrong lol). The new 0.5101 devhook is out now, maybe BOOSTER addressed those faults in his latest release...is that what your using??

im on se-c and i have the same problem with fifa 07 but not with any of my other games must b a compability thing or sumthin
all funn in games

Hi I tried that address just now, but when I ran devhook the psp switched off. What version of firmware should I select, as I think 2.71 is the default

Nah thats cos Booster is Japanese so all the readmes are in Japanese.
Anyway heres how to install it, just copy all the files in MS_ROOT to the root of your memory stick and press OK if it asks you to replace.

i have the same problem to but after i day i got used to it and all of my isos work but the umds are the only ones that when i exit a game it cuts off so it doesnt really bother me
For a While i have escaped time but to return when they need you most to come back on a vendetta like a have thats just simply MAGIC!

one of the readme files 'fwinstall.txt' has been partially translated to help you install. Follow the instructions in that and you will be able to emulate 3.xx

well dumped the data.psar that you get from the 3.0 update and took the sysmem.prx and copied it to the dh/302/kd and replaced the old 1 but the same thing happens but it doesnt really matter :)
