plz help connecting my psp to my pc

i have a problem when i connect my psp to my pc nothing happens its like i never connected it .. how can i make read my cable so i could put music,movies, pics to my psp??

Go to the main menu of your psp (where the music, video, game icons are etc.) browse all the way to your left, then go to the second icon from the top. It'll say USB Connection, press X (or O if a jap psp) to enter usb mode. Connect your cable to your psp and pc and your away.

yea i know i do that but on my pc it wont read my psp
i keeps telling i dont have a device connected but i do
wat should i do??

Assuming you are running xp, then the drivers install autmatically and the device should be recognized straight away so it wouldn't be that. Try a different usb port, one that you know works for sure.

Have you overclocked/underclocked your front side bus on your pc lately?? that can affect the usb as it uses a certain time algorithm to work and fiddling can stuff that up. Other than that i have no idea sorry. Are you sure it hasn't recognised?? like in 'my computer' it don't show up as 'Removable Disk'?? Sorry i couldn't help any further...

if you dont know what it means, then you probably haven't touched it lol. Read the manual, thats the best way to find out man ;)
