I have uTorrent, and right now I am downloading an episode of Family Guy, and I am only downloading at about 10.5 kb/s-18.6 kb/s.
The max I have ever downloaded at was about 130 kb/s.
I am using Peer Guardian 2, to help protect me, and I am using Forced Protocol Encryption.

I think it might be my safety issues, but I don't know.
If there is a way to keep my safety and download at about 40-50 kb/s tell me please.

That's probably because more people have started seeding it, if that happens again just ask at the trackers forum for a re-seed.
