i am planing on buying one for my little sister for xmas, but i just want to make sure it'll work on my computer.

i read on the back of the box and it said that i need a broadband connection, now i just have regular simple verizon dsl, is that considered broadband? will the wifi thing work on my computer??

is there anything else special i would need?

It should work on dsl i have also heard it works on some dial-up but is really slow and gets disconnected. the wi-fi usb is the only thing needed to play games/pictochat online. Also if your computer has USB connectors and the windows version.
