I have three hdd's installed in my computer. Everything has been running fine for the past 10 months. Then all of the sudden when my computer was booting up it was stating that there may be hdd failure and I need to save my files. Then my computer started to run slow and after that it stated that my G drive is inaccessible. Now it does not see the drive at all. I did a Western Digital diagnostic test and it says there is an error. Does anyone know what may be the problem? If so am I able to recover my files? Thanks!

I had already try that and it gave me a disk boot failure. The drive is not booting up period even when I swap out the cables.

I have one as a master primary and the other as the master slave. I have the jumpers set according to what Wd provided. Everything has been working fine for the past 10 months. It's just all of the sudden I received that message when the system was booting. Now the master slave is not found on my computer.
