IC1003 on my white psp with Devhook 0.46

Im confused my White PSP is an IC1003 board and is 1.5 on the system specs, i thought this board could'nt be downgraded to 1.5.. I was toild on ebay on the description its not a downgrade and is all original as a 1.5.. Have i been lied too?

But it plays backups from devhook 1.5 to 2.71

ignore this post, just realised it must have been 2.5 firmware and was downgraded...
