I am using Nero Premium V7 2.3.2b with a Sony CD-RW CRX100E Drive

I have downloaded some files from the internet and sometimes they come in a Nero image format.
When the file comes as one image file I can double click it and it opens Nero up to burn it. It burns these files succesfully, however, some of the files come as two seperate files, a .bin file and a .cue file.
I have been told that these will burn in Nero just like a normal image file but everytime I have tried it has not worked.
Does anyone know what to do to get these files to work properly? I have wasted about ten disk trying to figure it out and it is very annoying.
