I need some serious help. I have been burning DVD's for about 3 yrs now with never a problem. I have not been able to burn a DVD in about 3 weeks. I have tried some of teh fixes available here but nothing is working. I have attached the error i am getting.
I have tried the DMA fix but i do not have (ID) ATA/ATAP in my device manager. If anyone can help it would be appreciated!!!

First off remove your serial # it starts with 1c82
Update your Nero 7590a is newest

I have checked my Device Manager and there is no (IDE) ATA/ATAPI Controllers option. So i am at a complete loss as to what to do now.

my only guess is that they are serial ata, i know nothing about that, someone will know what to do, just hang in there

Another quick question for you, i am using an LG burner but it is listing - HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H10N E: CDRom0 as my primary CD Rom is this correct or am i just reading this wrong
