Help! Could not perform end of Disc-at-once

Can anyone tell me what may be wrong here? My DVD burner worked fine a few weeks ago, and now I can't burn anything. Here's a copy of my log file.

Also, you're burner doesn't like your media. Use brand like Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden.

Another thing is your memory usage is high. Make sure you don't multitask.

Lastly, slow your burning speed to 4-8x, instead of 16x.
