AnyDVD is getting ready for the new Windows Vista to come out next year.....make sure you updated to the newest version of AnyDVD (6095) and if you are still having problems then do what Ireland says:

IF HAVING A PROBLEM WITH 6095
People still having the "No DVD Drive Detected" problem can try this beta version:
