NEC 1300, possible to make region free??

I'm just wondering if it's possible to make my DVD burner (nec 1300) region free. It would be a pain to lock it in one zone.

You can rip the region encoded DVD with DVD Decrypter and burn a region free version.

Think he's on about when you have to play the DVD to unlock it before using DVD Decrypter , which would mean perhaps changing RPC count of 5 [well 4 after you choose intial region-home country region no doubt]
