How do I stop a chapter from playing?

Just wondering if I could stop a chapter from playing using ifoedit or some other program.

I've put a dvd-10 on to one dvd-r and the please turn over disc screen appears when I skip to the last chapter No.7 is there any way to stop the dvd player from seeing this chapter?

In ifoedit cell 7 has vob ID2 and all others have vob ID1.
