How can I cut the beggining off a VOB

I've got a VOB which has pictures at the beggining and video afterwards, is there a way to cut the VOB so only the video is left?

Yep. Use the DVD Shrink guide i supply you. Make sure to do the re-author part and then select Start/End. You can select when the copying starts from to eliminate the unwanted stuff before it.
