Hey do any of you use these services for so called anonymous web surfing? Do they actually work and if so how. Do they work with say Azureus?

They don't work, and they WON'T work with torrents.

No, they wont, word of advice; don't use anonymizing services with Bit Torrent, it'll get you banned on most trackers...
