I was here before for my Acer Philips SDVD burner slow at 0.2x. I got it replaced by Acer under warrenty. Now I can burn DVD-R at 2x, but cannot burn DVD+R. Here is the log. Please help. Many thanks.

Hi.
Some additional points:
Edit your post to remove your Nero serial number beginning 1C83....
It appears you're trying to write an ISO in a continuing multisession. Is that what you intend to do? I don't know for sure, but I think it's really not possible to do so. Is there already data on the disk?
If you're just trying to burn an ISO, just use Nero Express and select Disk Image as the project to burn, select the image file, set the speed, and volume label, and burn. In Burning ROM, close the New Compilation window, select Burn Image... from the Recorder menu, etc.
You can also burn an image or ISO file from Nero or any other authoring program with ImgBurn or DVD Decrypter:
