I want to burn two DVDs to one with menus intact.

I checked out some Christmas specials from the library to burn onto DVD, but any one of them is only about 2.5 GB. I'd like to get two on one DVD with all the menus intact. *I guess including some kind of start-up menu screen that lets you choose one DVD or the other.* Is there any way I can do this, or do I simply have to do them in DVD Shrink and give up the menus?
