in case you want to see them in various sizes, CompUSA also carries them for a real good price, $12.99 for a 50 foot cable.
then only thing that was weird about the one you listed is that it was called a Crossover patch cable.
a patch cable and a crossover cable are two different things. They look exactly that same but the wireing is different in them.

look down that page and you will see a diagram of a patch (strait) cable and a crossover. On a patch cable the wiring on both ends will be in the same order, on a crossover cable they will be in a slightly different order. If you buy the cat5 crossover cable that i linked you to at CompUSA then you can be sure it will be correct.
either one may work but from what i was told it depends on how the hookup is as to which you use. Strait from Xbox to PC i think you can use either one, but through a router i think you have to use the crossover.
this is the exact one i bough. Like i said before. Both may work depending on how you use it, but i KNOW that the one i have worked when i hooked my Xbox directly to my PC, and after i bought the router.
Then i decided to go high tech since the router was wireless and buy a wireless gaming adapter so i could make the connection without the wires (tv is in a different room then the PC so i had to unhook it and hook it to the small TV in the room with the PC every time i wanted to transfer stuff or update programs.)
the wired connection is noticably faster when transfering stuff, but for online gaming you would not notice a difference.
Goo luck and if you need help setting up all the FTP stuff between the PC and Xbox you know where to find help.
P.S. Is your Xbox modded? I forgot to ask that because if not you can forget about all the FTP stuff as a stock Xbox can not do it.
If it is and you want free online gaming here are so sites you need to check out.
